At Teeccino, we want you to be completely satisfied with your herbal coffee and tea experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer loyalty team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused portion of your product in its original packaging and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your return package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, within 7-10 business days.
